As natives and long time residents of Atlanta, the founders of Basecamp Homes have a strong focus on improving metro area homes and communities. We believe Atlanta is a top tier city offering a great quality of life, beautiful terrain and plentiful opportunities and want to see it continue to compete with other great cities. 

 

We manage a growing portfolio of rental properties throughout the southeast. We pride ourselves on being proactive, responsive and reasonable. We have acquired, remodeled and sold over 350 homes in the Metro Atlanta area. We buy these properties through a variety of sources. These homes all have great potential and our team helps them achieve it through thoughtful design focused renovations.

 

We make an effort to make our homes more efficient by utilizing energy efficient appliances and systems. We stay on top of the latest design trends and use top of the line finishes including designer paints, high-grade quartz, granite, marbles and hardwoods.

 

We offer a variety of homes catering to first time homebuyers to large families in need of more space. We stay in tune with the local housing market and make every attempt to price our homes fairly. We’ve found that this helps to avoid the old back and forth negotiations. We have relationships with a variety of lenders that can assist all types of buyers and do so with a strong track record of executing.
